Terms of Service for Online Yoga Classes

  1. Registration and Confirmation:

    • By registering for our online yoga classes and completing payment, the participant agrees to abide by these terms of service.
    • A registration confirmation will be sent via email to the provided address upon payment receipt.

  2. Course Access:

    • Classes are primarily prerecorded and accessible through a secure online platform. Participants will have immediate access to prerecorded sessions upon registration.
    • For live sessions, connection details will be emailed at least 24 hours before each scheduled session. Participants will be informed of live session dates and times during registration.

  3. Cancellations and Refunds:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of a live session to receive a full refund.
    • A refund may be requested within 30 days of registration. Please contact Mickael Dias, our legal representative, at soulsticemindfulness@gmail.com or by phone at +3518649246 for refund inquiries.

  4. Liability and Waiver:

    • The participant acknowledges that yoga practice involves inherent risks, and assumes full responsibility for their health and well-being during and after classes.
    • By enrolling in the classes, the participant releases the instructor, the online platform, and any other party involved in delivering the classes from any liability for injury or damage.

  5. Conduct and Respect:

    • Participants must adhere to conduct rules and mutual respect during live sessions and in all interactions with other participants and the instructor.

  6. Intellectual Property:

    • All course content, including videos, documents, and other resources, is the intellectual property of Ylesi. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

  7. Changes to Terms:

    • Ylesi reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
